It has lots of those wonderful recipes you used to be able to pick up at your local butchers. I've used many of them quite successfully and some have made their way into my regular menu. The unfortunate thing about these recipes is that there's no leftovers as the kids come back for seconds, so much for my lunch the next day! This magazine type book has a little shelf wear on the corners only.
